Nestled amongst Juniper & sage of Emigrant MT, Moonrise Ridge is 25 miles to Livingston, 7 miles to Chico Hot Springs, & 29 miles to Yellowstone National Park. The Space: 🌙 Moonrise Ridge is a 2024 built, 2500 SF home with 900 SF garage on 5 acres. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bunkroom, a sleeper sofa, and 3.5 bathrooms. This home can accommodate 8-10 guests. 🌙 What to expect when you arrive! Parking on your own private property either inside or in front of the garages. There’s a covered walkway that leads to the front door entrance on the left side of the home. As you walk through the front door, you will arrive in an elongated hallway with a powder room next to the entryway closet where coats can be hung and shoes placed under the bench. This home features cozy textiles, an oversized Montana moss rock stone fireplace, natural materials throughout and art highlighting the wonders of Yellowstone National Park. 🌙 The Primary bedroom is just down the hall and has a Cal King sized bed with a down comforter and plenty of pillows. And of course, there are huge windows and your very own access to the outdoor patio with the hot tub. This grand room also has an attached walk-in closet and bathroom with a private toilet room, double sink vanity, and a large open walk-in wet room featuring basalt and marble tile shower with two shower heads and a beautiful freestanding soaking tub with a view! 🌙 At the end of the entrance hallway you’ll find the Great Room with floor to ceiling windows highlighting the expansive mountain and valley views. Here you will find the main entrance to the north outdoor patio with a 6-person hot tub. Soak under the moon and stars or during the day under Montana's Big Sky with views for days and days! 🌙 The Living Room area has a gas fireplace and furniture picked for the best of comfort and style. Enjoy the serenity and peace you deserve! Cozy up and watch the flames of the fireplace while you listen to some vinyl on the record player and enjoy the views from your mountainside perch. Either way, it's all about YOU! 🌙 Now of course, everyone's favorite hangout... The Kitchen. Master the art of your cuisine in this brand-new Kitchen! Equipped with everything you need for gourmet meals and entertaining. Enjoy the new appliances and amenities including a French Press/coffee grinder, Nespresso Coffee Maker, microwave drawer, beverage/wine refrigerator and 36” Fulgor Milano induction range. Cook while listening to your favorite music apps though the Sonos Bluetooth speaker system. Don't want to cook? Let your host know and we'll arrange a private chef for you! Want groceries already stocked upon your arrival? We can make that happen too. Just reach out to your host ahead of time to request these additional services. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen island and the dining table comfortably accommodates 6. 🌙 As you venture up the stairs, you are greeted with large windows overlooking the valley and the mighty Yellowstone River. This upstairs living space is the TV Room where you’ll find a large sectional sofa with a full-sized hide-a-bed for extra guests. This is a great space to sit back and relax together and enjoy a movie night on the 85" Smart TV. Or if you’d rather, set the kids up to play video games on the old school Sega Genesis game console while you relax or entertain friends downstairs! Oh, and don’t forget to say hi to Sampson, our 6x7 Bull Elk mount that keeps watch over the property. 🌙 Our 2nd Bedroom, the Bunk Room, known as the Puppy Room, is on the other side of the TV Room and has one set of twin XL bunk beds with the coziest of blankets and a night light for the ones scared of the dark. 🌙 The 3rd Bedroom, is the Forrest Room. This cozy dark green room has a Cal King bed, comfy reading chair, a large closet, and on-suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, private toilet room, and walk-in shower. Wake up to views of Emigrant Peak with remote controlled black out blinds. 🌙 The Cloud Room, is located off the TV Room. This lovely room has a Queen-sized bed and views looking south, down the valley, towards Yellowstone National Park. 🌙 Across from the Bunk Room is our 3rd Full Bathroom. This Gorgeous bathroom has a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors and a stone countertop vanity. There’s also a laundry room just down the hall past the bunk room. 🌙 The 2024 Bull Frog Hot Tub! The outdoor hot tub seats 6 comfortably. You must unlatch all 4 latches of the cover before uncovering the Hot Tub! Please hold on to edges with both hands getting in and out of the Hot Tub. Additional info and instructions in the home. 🌙 FUN, GAMES, THINGS TO DO, & HOW TO SPOIL YOURSELF..... At your BnB: 🌙 Look in the right-side cabinet of the kitchen island, (stool side), for games, puzzles, and books. Fun for all ages! Don’t forget to check out their spa services as well. - Schedule a private tour of the Yellowstone Film Ranch near Chico where movies such as Rust, The Old Way, Murder at Yellowstone City, and The Unholy Trinity were filmed. This Western Themed set has seen many popular films and shows with major actors. - Check out the Old Saloon for their live music venue that attracts major artists.
